Yes, absolutely! There is a space on the check out page to leave your note to be hand written on a card. Please scroll down on the checkout page, as the space is sometimes hidden. If you miss the note section, you can email email@example.com to add a note.
Yes, we are able to accommodate boxes of any number of products, including any single item on the build your own box page.
Sometimes our emails get filtered in to Junk Mail. You will receive both an order confirmation and a shipping or pick up confirmation once your package has shipped or is ready for pick ups. If you have not received this please check your Junk Mail folder. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are still unable to find confirmation emails.
If you require any items to be packaged in separate boxes, to be sent to the same shipping address, please leave us a note at checkout detailing which items need to be packaged separately. Please scroll down on the checkout page to find the note section, as it can appear to be hidden. If you require the separate parcels to be delivered to more than one shipping address, you will have to place multiple orders.
We are committed to getting your order out to you or your loved one as quickly as possible. While most of the orders will be processed and packaged same-day, and sent out for delivery the following day, please add on 24 to 48 hours of processing time when estimating when your package will arrive. If you are concerned about timing, please send us an email.

Currently, we can ship worldwide. Please know that we ship from The Netherlands so shipping fee is higher when you need your package to be delivered to another country then The Netherlands.

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Customs and import taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
