How does it work?
During a difficult time, a personalised gift can be extremely meaningful. You choose how to comfort your friend with our 'build your own' box option, and we take care of the rest.

Find your box
Choose either a pre-made gift box or create your own gift box, based on your loved one’s needs. Go to the gift boxes tab or the build your own tab. Or click the image and it will automatically take you there.

Start exploring
When you purchase one of our pre-made sympathy gift boxes, do know that you can also add extra products by going to the build your own box area and simply add the items to your shopping cart.

Memorial card
At checkout you can write a personal message to accompany your chosen gift box. We will then hand write the message on the forget-you-not bloom postcard.

Gift wrap
We will lovingly wrap and package your sympathy gift box and post it directly to your loved one. Your loved one will forever remember your beautiful gesture.
Ways to show your support
It can be hard to know how to console a friend or relative who is grieving. If it seems that nothing you can do or say helps, don’t give up. You can’t take the pain away, but your presence is more important than it seems. Accept that you can’t fix the situation or make your friend or relative feel better. Instead just be present and offer hope and a positive outlook toward the future. Recognize that grief is a gradual process.
